Chardonnay 2003 |
| This wine is lightly wooded
and combined with the natural fruity flavours, it results in a
flavoursome wine. |

Verdelho
2003 |
| This early picked Verdelho
grape made a wine which was nothing less than exquisite. Fresh, crisp,
full of passionfruit, melon and other tropical fruit flavours with a
touch of sweetness. Even at a limit of 2 bottles per customer, this wine
did not last long on the shelf. We hope to bring you something equally
as good in 2004. |

Cabernet
Sauvignon
2001 |
| Another full bodied wine,
deep plum in colour with berry fruits and herbaceous characters. Matured
on French oak. |

Shiraz 2000 |
| This full bodied red has
probably reached its peak simply because of the young age of the vines
which produced the grape. It is very easy to drink, hints of berry
fruits and French oak are definitely still there. |
|
Shiraz 2001 |
| A far superior wine, full
bodied, a deep plum colour and full of berry fruits. A smooth wine with
distinct finish of French oak, will cellar well. This wine is typical of
those made from fruit from the coastal sand over limestone country. |
|
Merlot 2001 |
| This is a full bodied merlot
with attitude, you will either not be able to get enough of it or give
it a wide berth, only you will be able to make that decision. It is deep
plum coloured wine with berry fruit flavours and soft tannins finished
off in French oak. |
|
Cabernet Merlot
2002
|
| This is the first real blend
produced and the results are excellent. A medium bodied red with the
full fruit flavours of the Cabernet and smoothness of the Merlot.
Finished of on the French oak. |
